Local Returns

• You can return any item for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your original order. Please email us the details of the replacement and we will then contact you with your MRA #.
• All goods will be inspected on return.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! Rust, especially.
• Return items must be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
• Returns charges will be borne by customers.
• Do you prefer to return the item to our warehouse for immediate exchange? If so, please contact us directly for return address and instructions.

International Returns Policy

International customer may only return products to us, and receive a credit or exchange, on the following conditions:

• Customer must contact Big3 in advance and obtain the prior consent of Big3 and (if available) obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork);
• Return must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation); returns made after this period will not be accepted. Products must be returned to Big3 in their original, unopened packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale; and
• Products must be adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid by Customer and clearly labelled.
• Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage of the Products until they are delivered to Big3 and Big3 shall not be obligated to give any credit or refund if the foregoing conditions are not complied with.
• Products accepted for return will be credited at invoice value. Big3 will apply a restocking fee of 20% of invoice value or S$30 whichever is higher for Products returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. For Products returned 30 days or more after the date of delivery, prior approval must be given by Big3 and, if approved, Big3 will apply a restocking fee of 30% of invoice value or S$50 whichever is higher, otherwise, Big3 will refuse delivery and return the products at the Customer's expense.
